Our partner is a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of printing and imaging solutions is now looking for a Cost Manager in Budapest. The Cost Manager is responsible for the management of Service and Supply Chain cost planning and reporting activities in the EMEA region and following cost reduction tartgets.It also includes working closely with the Global, EMEA and Country management and other functions of the corporation to identify issues and opportunities. In addition, the individual will also be involved in the analysis and consolidation of different type of EMEA costs by Functional and Regional entities. The Manager is co-ordinating two Cost Controlling teams with the below specific roles: - Analyse and consolidate the monthly EMEA Service and Technical Service expenses, Service Contracts' actual figures by product segments, type of services, Customers and Countries - Analyse and consolidate the monthly EMEA Logistic actual expenses by product segments and type of processess - Build the reporting of the expenses and annual cost plans in line with the objectives set-up by EMEA Management, Supply Chain Finance and WW Organisation - Provide financial analysis and proposals to management - Ensure accuracy and extensive booking of the expenses made by the SSC - Develop ad hoc analysis - Develop the outlook Requirements: - Minimum 6 years of working experience in planning/analysis function in an international environment - Appr. 2-3 years of team management experience for a smaller (5-10 persons) team - College or University degree in Finance/Accounting
- Confident accounting skills including basic US GAAP and SOX knowledge - Basic knowledge of Cost Planning methodology
- Fluent English - Proficiency in MS Office - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multi-task and manage multiple requests in a high pace global work environment - Excellent analytical skills - Able to work autonomously and also as part of a global team - "Can do" attitude
